Martin Laird has the lead at 12 under par going in to the final round of the Barclays. He was shocked when he looked up at the leaderboard. The Fedexcup Projections had him finishing in 1st. Laird said he was shocked but others we'rent after witnessing his 6 under 65 on saturday. He has a final round pairing with Dustin Johnson who has recovered very nicely after the Whistling Straits bunker incident. Johnson along with Jason Day are the two players at 9 under par for the championship. Tiger woods is not looking to win a trophy this Sunday. He is just looking to finish up nicely and ease his way into Boston for the Deutsche Bank Championship Next week.
Dustin Johnson has had some bad luck in Majors This year, shooting an 82 on Sunday in the US Open when he held the lead going into the Final Round. And also got disqualified for grounding his club in a bunker in the PGA Championship keeping him from advancing to a playoff. The Resilient Johnson has been in the Final Group in each of his last two tournaments.
